Don’t purchase this. I have not been able to talk with anyone. Today is Sunday , I paid for 3 months on Thursday I am still waiting for further details

I paid for 3 months and assistance. I have yet had any help. This is the 12th time I have contacted someone and I have yet gotten any help. I want a full refund please. I have sent 11 emails asking for help - I havent heard anything back. I have called the customer service number 8 times, I have not spoken to anyone

It's been one week since I purchased the mspy package for device monitoring and I have not been able to use mspy whatsoever I have had numerous complaints opened up and reschedules for remote install which requires you to install a bunch of other apps on target device. I also paid for immediate help so that I would be pushed straight through to speak with a representative none of these things have happened I bought both of their customer service packages along with the mspy monitoring as well and I have had zero results from anybody to do anything to help me at this point I just want a full refund because this issue still is not resolved

Hi there,

I want refund because I haven't used the service at all and it is a fraud as I have selected for the price of £ 97.49 pounds and I have been charged with an extra of £34.86 pound for which I haven't been informed ; for me this kind of relation between customer and a company in buying a product doesn't show a guarantee of a good start.

As described I want refund ASAP.

I have tried to be in touch with you through the phone, me calling from UK with credit and still with that no one to respond but I have been charged a lot; just a scam company. Please do the refund ASAP for the all money.

The my spy is fraud aap its not trustful. They did not stay on their words I was getting subscriptions from mspy what thats not working for me sharp 30 minutes after the subscriptions I put refund request and cancel the subscription but they didnt issue me any single penny I tried but the billing team says you agreed our terms and conditions I ask why they make the conditions according their profit not for the customers because everyone is saturation is not same so its totally fared dont trust it

I was charged $83.99 and I was charged $56.18 minutes apart. I never used the service. I never was able to do anything with the service but yet I am over $200. And I tried to call. I tried to speak with somebody an machine. Either hangs up on me and never goes through to anything. I will be contacting a lawyer. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau this is ridiculous. I should not be out this money and I expect to refund immediately

Refund money

hi, m spy paid 37,49 euro for subscription this month. From the day of subscription till date no mobile phone has been activated for monitoring. Tried to download target phone m spy. It has failed twice. Next week I will definitely decommission target phone mspy. Now my subscription will expire in 3 days. So please I request to extend my subscription for more unused days or if I can extend it, I humbly request you to refund my money to my bank account.

CONSTANTLY LOSES CONNECTION! Customer service is useless and just keeps telling you to do fixes that don't work. Then they offer to log into your phone for ONE TIME for $50! Then I contacted chat, they will not answer their phone yet again for connectivity issues. Nothing was resolved and then I got up this morning to an email that my account was suspended. When I contacted chat to ask why, they said it was because a refund/cancellation was requested. I NEVER requested a cancellation or a refund! worst company ever!

Nobody has ever helped with me getting my refund. My phone is old and can't even update. Never even signed into this app that's okay it's time to turn it over to my attorney. Will let them pay a whole lot more than that $50. But that's up to them. They get your money and then act like you don't exist. Shame on them.
